Swift Refurbishments fully accept their responsibilities
to their employees, so far as is reasonably practicable, for
their health, safety and welfare and will deem it their duty

and Systems of Work which are, so far as is reasonably
practicable, safe and without risk to health |

Ensure that all risks are eliminated,
so far as is reasonably practicable with the handling,
storage and transportation of articles and substances. |

Provide the necessary information,
instruction, training and supervision where required to
ensure the health and safety at work of their employees. |

To maintain in a condition
that is safe and without risk, any workplace under their
management and control and in doing so ensure sufficient
access to and exit from such work places are so far as
is reasonably practicable, safe and without risk to health.
To provide and maintain a working environment with facilities
and welfare arrangements, that is clean, safe and without
risk to health |
